Champ pHero

Champ pHero is a highly effective organic acid formula specially developed to reduce pathogenic bacteria like Salmonella and E. coli. Specially young animals face oral pathogenic challenges causing wet litter, pathogenic bacteria over growth in the intestinal tract and severely reduced performance. Champ pHero is a tool to Salmonella and E. coli by supplying Formic, Lactic, Citric and Benzoic acid to feed which have proven antibacterial effect against these enterobacteria.

Organic acids have proven antibacterial effects and shown to reduce coliform bacteria. Enterobacteria, such as Salmonella and E. coli can be reduced resulting in a more favorable balance for positive microflora in the gut. A healthy gut flora supports performance, higher growth rate and reduced feed conversation. Trials are shown higher growth rate and reduced feed conversion rate when poultry orally receives organic acids.
